During this in-person tour of your property, we brainstorm and conceptualize a “big picture” design plan that checks all your boxes for quality, comfort, and convenience.
CONTRACT, RETAINER &
DESIGN
Once the retainer has been submitted and we are officially contracted to work on your property, our creative design process begins. Your property goals influence every aspect of our plan, and we aren’t done designing until every detail is just right.

BUILD AND WALKTHROUGH
Following your approval of the final design, we break ground! Our team members and construction partners are prepared with the equipment, expertise, and attention to detail that your project requires.
After every stone, plant, and feature is in place, a JJ Outdoor Living representative will tour the property with you one last time, ensuring your satisfaction. We answer all your questions and help you gain confidence in your property care plan. We head home, grateful for the opportunity to transform your outdoor living space, while you get started on enjoying it.
